Chocolate Milk~!!!

An interesting article from yahoo-an article on chocolate milk-got my attention right away. I personally like chocolate milk a lot. The soft, tasty image of chocolate milk asked my cursor to come over and give a click. Unfortunately, the article was about using chocolate milk as a diet source. I still read the article and thought it was pretty interesting, so I did a bit more research on chocolate milk.

Chocolate milk is “ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL WEIGHT-LOSS TOOLS IN THE NUTRITIONAL UNIVERSE.” I’m not sure if this is true, but that’s what yahoo said, as well as many other sites that are about chocolate milk. If you drink three 8-oz servings of chocolate milk(before breakfast, after exercise, at night), it can help drop a lot of fat quickly. The simple and short reasons for this are because the calcium in the chocolate milk can prevent your body’s ability to absorb fat, the vitamin D to move calcium from the milk to your body, and because of the high protein chocolate milk has.

Another thing that chocolate milk can help you do is increase your exercise endurance. I found that in the International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism, people who were given chocolate milk before riding stationary bikes were able to ride 49 percent longer that those who were given other drinks. Chocolate milk(for some confusing reason) makes people want to work out harder, and milk also has electrolytes that keep you more hydrated than water does.
Some other things that chocolate milk can do are: give you a healthier heart, better blood pressure, help your muscles recover quicker after workout, improve skin appearance, and boost your memory! This is all (apparently) true!!
